Making travel arrangements to and from any UK departure airport has never been so easy with the amount of options available online, these include trains, buses, coach services, private cars and taxis.

Top Tips for Airport TransfersThese are our top tips to help you on your way:

1. Plan your journey ahead

The simple fact of planning ahead will allow you to save loads of time. It is not necessary to stand in a line or queue up for tickets and it makes life much easier as you guarantee yourself a place. One thing to bear in mind is that during peak holiday periods; many of the public services can be limited.

2. The benefit of Door-to-door service

Transfer and taxi companies provide a door-to-door service on departure and when you get home, this is by far the much easier option. Also it removes the need to travel to the bus, coach or train station, which needs to be factored into the cost.

3. Save money on booking early

By pre-booking your taxi, train or coach you will save money, especially if you can take advantage of discounted fares for online booking. Again be aware that paying on the day is normally more expensive.
